Downloading Audio Files

Computer - iTunes

1.     Open the file(s) on your computer.

2.    Save the .MP3 file(s) to your computer (saving to your desktop may be easiest).

  •  If the .MP3s are sent as a zip file, you will be prompted to SAVE or OPEN. Select SAVE (if you’re using Google             Chrome, they will save automatically)
  •  Once the download is complete, select OPEN (or double click the file)
  •  Drag the file(s) to your desktop

3.     Open iTunes.

  •   From the FILE dropdown menu in the top left corner of the program, select ADD FILE TO LIBRARY
  •   Choose the desired .MP3 file(s) and select OPEN

iPhone/iPad

Unfortunately, you can’t save .MP3 files directly from your Apple device. We recommend first saving the file to your computer, and then syncing your device via iTunes.

Can't open the PDF document from the e-Course?

If you’re having trouble opening the PDF on a web page, try the following:

1.     Right click (Windows) or control click (Mac) the link to the PDF file

2.    Choose the appropriate SAVE or DOWNLOAD option for your browser:

  •  Google Chrome: Save Link As
  •  Internet Explorer: Save Target As
  •  Firefox: Save Link As
  •  Safari: Download Linked File

3.     Make sure Adobe Acrobat Document is selected for the file type, and then save the file

Note: If you don't see a Save As box, your browser may have downloaded the file automatically, possibly in a separate window or to your downloads folder.

4.    Locate the saved PDF, and double click to open. If your browser opened a downloads window, double click the PDF from the downloads list
